You’ve Never Failed Me Yet

Hi friends!

One of my absolute favorite worship songs that will never get old for me is “Do It Again” by Elevation Worship. It speaks so much into this season of waiting in my life!

I thought I’d share how I used two different masking techniques to keep certain parts of my page free of watercolor.

I wanted to highlight the verse in Psalms that reminded me of this song, and I also wanted the inside of the letters that I stamped to stand out, so I masked the verse with washi tape and I used Molotow masking fluid inside the stamped letters.

In this picture you can see the washi tape on the left side of the page, which I’ll be able to paint over and prevent the paint from covering that verse! The blue that you see within the letter outlines is masking fluid that once dry, you can paint over, and rub away to reveal the untouched area of the page!

I love how this allows the words to really stand out on the page!

What’s your favorite worship song right now? Is there a song you can listen to over and over and never get sick of?
